Cleaning Up the Kitchen After a Hurricane

The rule should be- "When in doubt, throw it out!" Who needs food poisoning when dealing with hurricane damage?

~Throw out any meat, poultry, seafood or dairy that isn't ice cold.

~Use cleaning wipes or baby wipes to keep surfaces germ-free. Even tap water may contaminate surfaces.

~Use bottled water only for washing food, hands, surfaces, and dishes.

What will keep?
