You must be 18 years or older to participate. There must only be one person in the main profile photo. The profile photo cannot include pictures of children, profanity, nudity, or web addresses. The photo must be at least 210 pixels wide to be submitted. 97.5 WABB reserves the right to refuse any user from participating. Profiles may take up to 48 hours to post. Please contact info@wabb.com if your profile does not appear after this 48 hour review period.
By posting or submitting any text, photographs, music or other content to the Site, you grant 97.5 WABB and our affiliates and worldwide licensees the right to use, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, modify, distribute and promote the content in any form, anywhere and for any purpose. You also warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the copy and other rights to the content and that our public posting and use of your content will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party. 97.5 WABB retains the right to monitor, edit or otherwise change your posting or other content submitted to the Site without your permission. Further, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold 97.5 WABB and our other affiliated companies, parents and subsidiaries, and their employees, contractors, officers, directors, insurers and agents harmless from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from a breach of this agreement or the foregoing representations or warranties. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
